My Father just got back from riding to the Everest base camp through Tibet and Nepal. We'll be editing the footage soon. In hind sight he says taking a single speed wasn't the smartest idea!

Love the rollers. I ditched my trainer and hardly use
my spin bike because of the rollers. How long have you been trying? A doorway works well for that also. |

I took my bike to have the first service done now that I have a few hundred miles. Asked the guy about upgrading components and he said to get a new bike! Shifting isn't great on the sora components. Inconsistent shifts and some freewheeling between shifts. Thought the bike shop could dial it out. They didn't.
At least they tightened the spokes and the wheels feel more solid. Now for that clicking while pedaling. |

This is my custom Bmx. Since my little girl was born I have pretty much quit riding. It got to the point where it wasn't fun anymore. I haven't ridden it in over a year.
