Ain't that the way it always goes? I could go a year without pizza showing up and sure has heck, start a diet and it's raining pepperoni!

Prize...hmm...yeah...I could dig a prize. We need some kind of skatelog summer weight loss trophy. Not a nice, shiny trophy either, but rather one that would suit this particular group's... personality.

Good question, I think Sheldon started this shindig... maybe he ought to weigh in (heh heh heh). I'm assuming he wanted to do a summer thing, so I'm guessing maybe at the end of the summer... maybe we could all weigh in at North Shore (and then have a beer!)

Oh, and I have an idea for a trophy, I'll see if I can play around with it over the next week.

Well, here's some suggestions:

- Time: Now until the final big race of the year - North Shore Inline - weigh in there or at home if you don't go to the race.

- weight loss based on % lost.

- Of course, we are all on the honor system, your honor.

- Snarking at each other, dissing, harassing and generally making fun of others in the contest who trip up is highly encouraged.

Claimed? I'll take a picture of it sitting on top of my TV. In fact, I was thinking of this the other day. Post a pic of your workout area. Home, trail, roads, whatever, a picture of the earth. It's all good.

Sitting on top of your TV, so that's the problem! I'm just dogging ya man. I will take a pic though of my area. I even got myself some snazzy flooring because I about killed myself on the $12 cheap floor squares from Wal-Fart sliding on the basement floor.

Funny, funny guy. Just *weight* there junior! Someday the Adipose Asp will bite you! It just takes a little longer on the West Coast, just like daybreak.

I thought I'd weigh in on this thread.

Started at the end of February.

Starting weight=190
Goal weight=175 (but if I can, without losing energy, I'll get lower.

Current weight=179 (haven't seen that since weighing in at a body building show about 12 years ago.

Enough from the peanut gallery....

They tried last night with cake, but I almost stuck to the fruit (OK, I had to have just one little taste....)

So far, just maintaining, but my health is getting better so I am hoping I can let myself get more exercise.

Actually, my goal is to gain muscle and lose body fat not weight.

Weight currently 190 goal is 200...so this may be the wrong thread for me.
