Ya know Youtube is dangerous... I followed the whole bodybuilder on skates thing and was looking at the videos of the girl who put the skate video up..... I've decided women body builders frighten me. It looks like they took a hot girls head and stuck it on a guys body.

Remember this is my good friend we're talking about here Biff. She may be a bit eccentric, but she's a hell of a nice person.

Well, I'm only going on what I've seen of her on youtube. I'd definitely agree with "eccentric". Who hasn't had an eccentric friend or two in their life? However, until I meet her, I reserve judgment.

I'm covered!
I won't go into it here, but yes you can. You get what you pay for in high performance foods. What may I ask is a serving size? The FDA classifies it as 1 to 2 cups per serving depending upon the quality of the fruit or vegetable. 20 to 40 cups of fruit would be a LOT.

Default So anyway

Back to fitness goal.

Not so much a fitness goal as such.

But I would like to finish in the top three at the end of the racing season.

Currently I am running fifth, but only because of my awful Time Trial. And that is only after one Grand Prix.

So my goal is to fix my starts and TT I suppose. And increase my overall fitness and strength.
