Skate heatmolding tools

Hello all,

I need to relief some pressure points, so looking for good tools.
Anyone has suggestions or sharing home made tools to make this possible?

For the upper collar and shaping the achilles area, I use this type of clamp:

The rubber ends hold fast to the boot and do not damage it. The trigger allows you to tighten the clamp as needed.

Thanks mate, I have of these clamps. Will try out. Do you know how to get more heel wide. It seems this area is very stiff....

You could use a long nut with two bolts. Thread the bolts into both ends of the nut and tighten until the bolts fit inside the collar of the boot. Then loosen the bolts until enough pressure is had to fit the collar. Make sure to put some sort of padding on the bolt heads, so you don't damage the boot lining.

The type of nut looks like this:

Use a heat gun or an oven to get the heat required to make the carbon pliable.

I hope I can made Luigino heel area more pliable to deform.
Looks very stiff......
Have many regrets to bought 4x pairs of Luigino and none of them is usefull
