Default Homemade Protein Bars

this is from a forum dedicated to Body building. I trust you don't mind seeing something new here. Thank you BOP!
Oatmeal Protein Bars:

3 cups oatmeal
140 grams protein powder
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup milk
2 egg whites
1 cup apple sauce
2 tsp baking powder
/2 teaspoon salt

You can also add fructose or sugar, I find them fine without as my protein powder is sweetened enough.

Combine the above ingredients and put in a oiled (use pam) 9x9 pan.

Bake @ 350 for 35 min.

Makes 8 bars. When they are cool, put them in the fridge or they will go moldy in a few days.

Homemade Protein Bars -Chocolate
200 g Oats
30 g chocolate flavor protein powder
2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter (any brand)
3 Egg Whites
2 150 g Banana's (or average size)
1 Tablespoon Honey (Natural version if possible)
100 MI Skim Milk
1 Tsp cinnamon

Preheat your oven for 5 minutes at 180 C
Mix the oats, they whey and the cinnamon
Add the peanut butter and stir in thoroughly
Add your three egg whites, your mashed up banana and the honey and again, stir in really well
Whilist slowly and add the 100 MI of skimmed milk
Once fully stirred, spoon the mixture into a greased lined cake tin and smooth with knife until nice and level
Place in oven for 15 minutes at 180 C
Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly, (beware this is very hot and sticky) then cut into 8 bars
