my dad just doent have the money right now to sue them. i wish we could, cause vanilla would go down in a heart beat. but for as of right now they have a free ride. but they will still never have the true double flap

Default Why would you want 2 flaps

I am from the old school and dont really see why a single flap is necessary on a skate boot. To me they are just extra weight and something to else to come loose. I cant for the life of me figure out why 2 flaps would be better than one (or none for that matter) can somebody please enlighten me on the benefits to this and try to change my mind, thanks.

Could you post the patent number? I know you often have to have one patent for each feature on a product... Fender Musical Instruments recently lost a case in which they wanted all people who copied their shapes to cease. If you look at the headstock of some of their guitars and basses, there are several patent numbers on there.
