Visiting family that just moved near Pittsfield Ma this past weekend, I tried skating Ashuwillticook trail. It runs about 11 miles and is completely smooth & flat. It runs alongside a lake for about 5 miles with some amazing scenery. Probably the nicest trail I’ve ever skated, though the fall leaves made it a little tough (had to go slow) for the first few miles. It runs from Lanesboro up to Adams. I started in Lanesboro and only made it up 7 miles before heading back, but hope to return one day to do all 22 miles.
Here's the Trail Link
