Thanks! last bout I skated in a short purple Kimono and black obi--oh, and socks with skulls and flowers on them. For December's bout I have to figure out something red with faux fur trim...any ideas?

And the honeymoon picture--I hope skating keeps me looking that young. 50 on skates=the new 35!

That move is rather hard for me, (being female)and that position is only held for a split second . I then have to push while simultaneously snapping my legs back under me. Luckily this skill has become much more consistent for me within the past year. One of the guys in our skating group does this quite well as he can link it with other acrobatic moves. The below video clip shows Jeremiah in action (requires QuickTime). Enjoy
