Hi Goldi,

http://www.roll-line.it/public/ismea...%20Variant.pdf

You can see the wrenches being used in the pdf file.

Read Doc's Advice to you, and I guess if it was me I would fiddle and check the setting on the pivot pin. Notice btw per roll-line you are supposed to have the yellow cushions since your weight is greater than 50kg.

It appears via the weight chart this is a plate really designed for light girls that are quite good artistically. I know several.

If you don't master the action in short order (10-20 times out), or are still hitting your wheels to your boots, you might want to think about the harder cushions.

Beyond that you might want to ask questions over in the Art Section since I know a few that have Roll-Line plates and might have good insight.

Yours in Skating, MA/NY Skating Dave

Good for you!
If I could spare the time and commitment needed for derby, I would do it again - I recall having a muscular body back then; now it's all wobbles

TBH I lost most of the weight from doing 30 mins brisk walking during my lunchbreaks every day (plus cutting down on junk food, as I was eating it more often than not when I put the weight on!)
