Default Boots and Blisters

I have been breaking in some Riedell 192 boots and I have a problem. The boots for the most part have broken in pretty well except the right one the tongue slides about half way to the right under all of the laces. But the big problem is still on the right boot about half way between my ankle and the bottom of my foot and about a inch and a half forward on the inside of my foot. There is nothing showing in the boot but when on and laced up there is a crease that rubs and causes a blister. I wore a band-aid and I still got a blister. I have some adhesive backed mole skin and I don't know if when the blister heals it should go on my foot or on the inside of the boot.
Or, is there some way to fix the crease?
