Default Rink surfaces for derby

Our local derby leagues just got an upgrade to our venue. The old gym floor now has a rinkcoat (managers say it is roll-on but I reason to believe otherwise). The surface in now amazing on wheels but falling is horrible. Any and all clothing, skin, denim/canvas knee covers, all stick to the floor like glue and we are getting rink-rash and faceplants galore.

Has anyone found a material which slides easily on rink coat but does not mark? Or at least is super easy to remove the marks?

Feels like there should be nonmarking caps for derby pads out there. There are nonmarking toestops, nonmarking toecovers but I do not see knee-pad cap replacements which are non marking or things like it.

Default Anyone tried it?

I have found people are using PTFE fiberglass tape as a nonmarking solution but this only works as a tape. (we would like to able to take our gear outdoors but we can find a solution if we work at it)

Has anyone tried to use PTFE cloth/fiberglass tapes as pad covers on a skating rink surface? Will it stick, seems like everything else does? Will it mark?
