Default good practical jokes?

I'm trying to come up with some fun pranks to pull on fellow skaters. Anybody got something to offer? We're a bunch of inline speed wannabees.

One thing I want to do sometime is sneek into a friend's fannypack and replace their energy gels with single serving packets of sauer kraut.

Another thing I'd like to do at practice or a 'fun race' is hang one of those orange triangle 'slow moving vehicle' farm equipment reflectors on someone's backside.

So... what have you got?

Show up with a skateboard. Tell em you can't be a fruit booter anymore.
(Be careful, and wear your pads before you do this. Oh, and I skate aggro so I am not dissing you.)

Tell em you have a new DP method that is all whacked out and see how many you can get to try it.

The best jokes are ones you do on yourself, but makes them look at you funny. Otherwise you can do real harm by messing someone else up. So whatever you do be careful. Make sure your friend does not have any food allergies first before you start changing out packets. Stuff like that. Also, don't let anything go for very long or it may backfire on you. Personally I wouldn't want to get a skater mad. The wheels on a skate will concentrate the force from a kick. That is a guarantee for a broken bone or dislocated kneecap. Of course you know your friends best.
