Huh? Why? Anyway, if it's because of an injury, why not work on something you normally wouldn't work on? Something like, situps (600 per day should help), pushups, whatever. Upper body strength helps.

If it's an uppper body injury, then you can work on skating techniques where you know you won't fall (speed skating techniques?).

Silver lining in every cloud. Look for yours.

nah, whenever i see a video all i wanna do is skate, to see if i can do some of the stuff in the video, and i dont have to owrry about staying in shape. the reason i cant skate is that soccer season started. i cant risk getting hurt. i need soccer to get me into a collage. so no skating for a while

Dude...I am the sole breadwinner in my family. I skate. Victory goes to no person who lives a risk-free life.

What you need to do is learn to spell, use punctuation, and express yourself properly in whichever language you choose to use (I can say your mother tongue, as you might not be of an English speaking nation. A soccer scholarship won't do you much good if you can't pass the courses you choose to take.

That's just a bit of friendly advice - I'm not talking trash, dawg.

Hey, forgive my bad grammer, it's just the aim slang taking over the way i type. Thank you for the advice, but im still trying to get a feel for what i want to do with my life. I love skating and i also love soccer. The way i look at it i can take a few months off of skating to enjoy myself in another sport. Then get right back into skating when soccer is done. Also, soccer has a higher chance to help me out in the long run. But hey, maby your right. Who knows these days
