Default Where to skate in Arlington Area?

Hi fellow quaders..looking for a smooth surface to skate in Arlington, VA that isn't overrun by crowds of bikers, runners, families, etc..I'm coming from San Fran and am used to the luxury of Golden Gate Park which is closed on the weekends to car traffic..is there anything like that in Northern VA? Thanks, and looking forward to meeting you all!

I hear Rock Creek Park is a good outside skating park. I've never skated it. I'm an inside roller skating rink kinda skater. Rock Creek Park is in Washington DC, which is only a few minutes from Arlington Virginia. I spent about 6 years in that area.

Unfortunately...yes. So please be careful to only skate in daylight hours. They also find dead bodies in Central Park in New York but people still skate there.
