I'm in need of new wheels I had sure grip power plus red 93a and they gripped great in the past have started skating agian and there really slick now been close to 9yrs since I was going a lot. My question is should I go back with the power plus reds or go a diffrent route. Looked at the sure grip monza in red. Or some one said the bont royal but not sure on the micro bearings and when mine are good.

I cannot say. I tested tons of wheel a few years ago. The best you can buy are Scotts. I stopped looking at any other wheels that are production wheels when I finally got my hands on Shamans. Im a big fan of White Shamans. If I carry White and Green Shamans, skating most floors is not a problem.

I had Purple Power Plus that I got back in 2011. They were great.

I have an eight set of green Atom Juke's 91As that i'm looking to let go of. The wife wasn't much a fan of the hub style.

The outer layer might have gone a bit hard in the past 9 years. Take them outside on something like a basketball or netball court for a few hours, corner hard on both sides and you'll give them a decent scrubbing. Or send them off to someone to have them re-surfaced.

I'm asking this for a friend who is no longer able to buy the Adonis. Evidently they are out of business.
Anybody on here who actually skated on Adonis and found a suitable replacement in a 50mm 97duro?

I love the green zombies for wood floors and the reds stick good on coated concrete. My white Shamans are very good on wood, also. But my Enforcer Wides are the best wheel I have skated, by far. I like them much better than even the red and yellow Wicked Lips I owned in points past. You cant beat Aussie Scott's wheels.
