Default Speed wheels, quad wheels

Most people think speed/quad wheel characteristics are set in stone. They aren't. Wheels are a varaiable as well, each run and even during a production run there is variance in the wheels properties. I once bought a new set of Green Shamans, never got that set to stick. Im sure that is not the only set of wheels out there that did not work as they should have
