I was panicking off and on all day trying to remember where my babies were. I found my skate bag finally, empty. Then there they were in a suitcase! How they got there, I do not know.

Cats. Hmph. Always seem to have paws-able deniability.

You were imagining skating in a sunny dry place last winter during January, (Cali, fla) and you packed your skates, but then changed your mind. Or...you went but forgot

De-CAT-ur skater tells a tall tail. But I like his idea of taking your skates on a cruise. Wifey and I took a Carnival cruise to Mexico last year. The ship had a 1/7 mile smooth running track on the upper deck with a flat open oval center and 360° view of the ocean (that’s a hull of a view). I didn’t see any signs that would prevent skating, but who knows. Did you ever do this? Has anyone in this Forum done this? I saw that Anthem of the Sea has a roller skating rink on board one of its ships, but it is located in an interior room and looked kinda small. Just wondering.
