Default Roller Rink National Chains?

Is there such a thing as a national roller rink chain, like they do with restaurants? One would think that rinks would be the type of thing that could benefit from being franchised.

I've been thinking a lot lately about how Altoona, PA really needs a rink again. It's a city of over 50k people in a county with over 125k. The previous rink, Sir Skate, boasted the largest hardwood (maple) floor in PA. It was purchased by a developer who wanted to build an ice rink and didn't want the competition, so he closed the roller rink just in time to begin construction on the ice rink. Since then, our nearest skating option is 35 miles away, in the next county.

It seems to me (I may be wrong) that roller skating is experiencing a comeback, and I think it would be great to be able to skate in (or near) Altoona again.
