This announcement is to let everyone know that after hosting the SkateLog Forum and its predecessors for nearly 20 years, I have decided it is time to permanently turn the forum over to a new owner and administrator. I cannot think of anyone more suitable to take on that role than my SkateLog forum co-host, Florida skater Jessica Wright. I am pleased to announce that Jessica has agreed to establish and host a brand new skating forum, configured like the SkateLog Forum, but with a new name and a new Web Site. Mark,
I really couldn't say. It hurts when I land on it and it is blue. It was just coated with roll on last week so I need to invest in some more wheels. I want to try 90's indoors so this would be a good time.

okay you won but the guy on the left is on quads and the person to yor right was DQ'd for not securing their helmet. But a win is a win, fair and square!

Painted concrete? Fresh roll-on hurts like heck. Our floor has developed new waves with all this humidity.

Our hardcore cyclist put hir HR monitor on and found that our workout did more intervals than the worst that he's done cycling...

But can you believe him? everyone whines to the coach. Not to mention that Lance does his first running marathon and declares that it;s the hardest physical event he;s ever done, by far. I just don't know how much stock one can put in what a cyclist has to say. After all the doping scandals, they aren't exactly what i would be calling, well, "creditable", would you?

Actually, the guy on the right does have his helmet strapped. The dangling piece must be the remaining strap.

I haven't done an indoor start in about 6 months. I loved those drills.
