How do you tie your skates?

I'm curious how everyone laces their skates...do you lace them all the way up? do you use two sets of laces ( one for the boot and one for the upper part etc..) i have heard some different things about this and wondering what everyone does

Everyone's different. My son went without laces all together and only used straps for a long time. I use wax laces because I like it tight at the bottom and loose at the top. What do you do? Also, what type of skates?

I do what this guys does. I got friction once on the tongue of my Seba Trix skates from lacing it the normal way and they went to hell faster after that. RIP. I don't want to put up with that again so I just tie it the way it was demonstrated here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D671VgevDcg

I suspect it's worse when you have an integrated liner. Non integrated liners don't seem to give me any trouble. A slider from Malaysia backed this up by tying his laces the same way. I didn't even mention the video to him.
