Seba Frame Mounting block question

Seba inline skates such as the Igor and Trix have a 7 hole mounting plate at heel and forefoot. I cannot find any information to help explain the design and use of this system. Does anyone know how to use it? I am trying to move my frames backwards by about 2mm and I can't seem to do this. I wonder why bother with all the holes if you can't shift the frame. Is it just to support different types of Seba frames?

I have found that Lateral translations can be made due to long slots in the frames.

I have a TRIX 2 boot with standard 4x80mm 243mm frame.

My Powerslide boot has a slot in the base of the boot to adjust frame forwards and backwards. Can't fathom what Seba are thinking with their design.
