Exclamation Anybody know how to get in touch with Detroit Skate Factory

Like the title says, trying to get status on an order placed with DSF.

Ordered a set of Red Demirojo Tire 92/96a 1 Full Width 44.5mmx62mm back on 06/12 via the website, ended up shelling out 92 bucks for the tires.

Order has been sitting at, "We've accepted your order, and we're getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your order status." ever since with no change in status and no tracking information sent out.

Sent e-mail a few days ago to sarah@fasterskates.com asking for status, no response.

Called a couple days ago and left voicemail with Sarah, no response.

Just called moments ago, voicemail again.

Anybody know how to get in touch with someone who's a rep for Detroit Skate Factory?

I was hoping to have a new set of wheels on my skates before my Vegas trip, hence ordering back on 6/12, but I leave for Vegas tomorrow so that's obviously not going to happen.

Thought I'd check here before starting the chargeback claim process on PayPal to recover most of the 92 dollars I've already spent.

On a related note, if Faster/DSF tires are no longer an option for my Fanjet reproduction hubs, where are people reliably buying their tires these days?

The Anabolix tires I've been running the last several years are way long in tooth despite regularly rotating my wheels and need to be replaced badly.

"I've felt better, But it cost more."
