Default Where can I learn how to make skate boots?

I found a very comprehensive boot making course, but it's for traditional walking boots, or western boots. I want to make my own boots, learn weak points, what makes an excellent boot, what a person wants from a boot, and make custom skate boots that will last their entire life of skating.

I want to use my tax return money for self improvement, and to avoid just making short sighted purchases. I'd like to learn skate boot making from the best, any ideas on where I could inquire?

Thank you

All. I want to learn how to make all types of skate boots. Well, all leather, workable material boots. Not molded plastic stuff.
