Awesome! Nice job Okie! The lack of much fall protection gives me the heebie-jeebies! Looks like maybe some knee gaskets and fingerless gloves?

Default Great video

This video shows skating in three dimensions. Skating in two dimensions is a challenge for me. The skate park appears to be constructed with cement. Cement is hard. How do you aggressive skaters manage to stay healthy? I can appreciate what you do, but I sure as H(devil's domain) ain't gonna try it! I will stick to a smooth two dimensional surface, thank you.

Keep rollin

Jotson, he goes just like you see him. No protective anything. I always get after him, but none of the pro's do and he just scoff's.

And GraySk8tr, once you skate the 3rd dimension, flat skating just isn't the same anymore. It adds in an adrenaline/ZeroG feature that becomes quickly addictive. Take me for example.
Totally hooked!

And since I'll be 50 in two weeks, I wear ALL of my protective devices. And speaking of health, I've lost 87lbs doing this and have managed to keep it off. It's my daily workout routine. Know your limits, wear all the pads (helmet, knees/shin, elbow, wrist, bumguard pants), and before diving in to the 12' deep section, try a few emergency slides on the flat surface and get to know your pads. That's my recommendation for anyone first starting out, regardless of their age or proficiency. That 3rd dimension changes everything, especially on the concrete! The wood ramps we hit are a bit more forgiving tho.... (shown here)

Question Quads & 3d skating

The inline folks are sharing their cement bowls with quad skaters too.

Oh, I know! We have a whole Quad Vert section here on SLF devoted to those crazy quad skatepark rats!

Biff being among the craziest!
