Default Benefit and Recognition Skates

Well, we've started up our Sunday afternoon session again for the fall and winter. This year the rink decided to put a little twist on them. This month is First Responders month. All first responders (police, fire, EMS, dispatchers, etc.) and their family receive free admission for the 2:00 to 4:30 Sunday session. Next month I believe is Military month with the same deal.

Also on the calendar are benefit Sunday sessions for Breast Cancer Awareness (wear pink and a portion of your admission will be donated to breast cancer research) and the Food Bank (bring in canned goods and receive a discount on admission).

I'm really happy that we're doing this. It's great that the rink will be giving back to the community.
