Smile The Art of Plain Skating, by Rawson 1942

Has anybody ever read this book? It's about body posture and stroking. I have a feeling this is what skating is all about. At least from the perspective of "American" Dance and Artistic competition.

Smile Dekindy you are the man!

I have also been practicing this. I also think it helps to bend your knees.
