Hi guys. I always love checking out this artistic forum. Forgive me because I know nothing about it, but could you guys tell me what is the difference between Freestyle and Dancing? I saw the thread on boot types. There's different skates for each? Thanks.

freestyle is single skating where a skater does jumps, spins, footwork etc, like u see on tv for the Olympics,,,,,,,dance skating is solo or team and does pattern dances or free dances with almost all footwork and grace like ballroom dancing, pairs is when they do lifts above the head and spins and jumps with 2 people.
