I have now ran White Shamans for almost 2 years. They seem to get better with age.
So anyway this is a summation of how they have performed in the last year and 10 months or so. Bought them and put them on. They took a couple of hours to get hooked up to the floor. After that they did well but not perfect, you still have to adapt somewhat to how a wheel grips on initial contact. Anyway as the monts went on, they got a little faster and the tread got a little worn down. I like this wheel best at about 60% to 40% of tread depth. T stops can definitly speed the wear up. Once the tread depth gets below 40%, the wheel is much faster and still sticks very well but on some floors will let go without notice. Either full grip or complete loss. Took two falls from that exact thing happening, full loss of grip. The tread was about 10% to none. ON a perfect floor with fresh coating, it probably would never happen. I made it past a year with original tread, then retreaded the wheels a while back. Now they are almost bald again. Time for new wheels. The wheels performed the same after retreading as if they were new again. I may retread them again but will probably put them on a kids skate in the future, who knows lol. I got my moneys worth from these wheels. Back a few years ago I went through Anabolix the tire tread very fast. They were also very easy to flat spot, I have been very hard on the Shamans and never flat spotted one. So far my investment has cost me about $75 a year, I couldn't be much happier. Anabolix cost me a ton more than that, app $60/app 30 hours and several flat spotted wheels. I once flat spotted 2 wheels of a new set in the first 10 minutes on the floor at Dairy Ashford/Houston.

I had some but they were too hard for me and I sold them. I still love my red ones.
