I better get my facts straight. Shelly has only been Skating Inlines since after Nationals last year. Hard to beleive even She, could have gotten that good, that quick. --Nothin like partial information.

Well, in some divisions in some regions there is only one skater. Or perhaps two in her silvers. (At league and invitational meets, small divisions are generally combined so there's competition. But, because Regionals is primarily a qualifier for Nationals, no combining is done.)

Skateguy, thanks for posting! We skaters love it when someone who isn't a skater gets excited about skating, or about a person's skating. Even if they miss a few details. Shelly, hope you are part of Wondergirl's Houston gang, or will be; they appreciate skaters who can excite others about the sport.

thanks--I do skate a little, but I'm strictly an "Outdoor Cruiser" Kinda Guy. I been at it a while, but I always Skated to get away from all the hustle and bustle of my daily life. But I do appreciate all aspects of Skating. We use to play quite a bit of Street Hockey here, but they were pick up games, with many cold beers, and lots of laughter. Be well.
