Default Back again

Hi folks , been waaaaay too long since I visited the forum. Not even put my skates on for over a year due to mental health issues.
But Iíve started skating along the promenade again where I live. And Iíve even finished the Quadline style skates I started to build last year. Just waiting to give them a trial run. 100mm wheels on a soccer boot skate. Wish me luck.
Iíll try and be a bit more active on here as well

His sir name is Adams
Dorset is almost countryside isnt it?
Havent met more than a few people in my life from there.
Did you have to use skateboard trucks to get the wheels wide enough apart to clear the boots.
Did you see what hebe ge be is doin with oversize wheels and taller plates?
The inline wheels would most likely work better outdoors as they tend to part debris a lot better.
If you can ,post up some pics of the finished ones.
Sad to hear about the illness but good to hear about recovery .
Skating is one of my happy places also.

Dorset is renowned for it beautiful Jurassic coast line. The countryside isn’t too bad either.
I’ll only be using my Quadline style skates outside. We have around 12 miles (20kms) of promenade to skate on where I live. Approximately half of it is too rough to skate on with regular quads. And I don’t skate in inlines these days. I’m hoping the Quadline style may open up some more promenade for me.
I’ve used ACS651 trucks ( old school park skate trucks from the 1980’s) that were sitting in the bottom of my box of skate bits and bobs. They might be too wide. But I’ve used them with normal quad wheels and you get used to the width.
Quantoo my lovely Kawasaki Versys is my other passion
