Wow, cool Larry! I know what you mean about having to give it up some day. Kinda freaks me out as I'm not getting younger either. Knee starting to bug me, etc.

You really should make a skate trip to our rink. Supposedly, only Portland OR's rink is a larger wood floor in the nation than ours, Roller Garden.

The rink is getting a new roof in August. Having trouble with all the rain we got last week as the building is very old. Finally they are going to fix it. They have to protect that new wood floor that is only 1 year old!

I've never skated in a crowded rink like you say, but I've seen pictures on-line of sessions like that back in the day. My skate buddy says it was like that too. I only skated at a very small rink here in St. Paul when skating was "the thing" and it never got that crowded at that rink.

I have friends that go down to Chicago and those rinks fill up too.

Well, hang in there and I hope you have several more years of skating. Guess what....it's Tuesday!

Smile Tuesday Girl where is your rink? Address?

Hopefully some day I can make it. A few years ago, like about 10 lol, I was really into racing Sprint Cars and Midgets.

I drove to Sunset Oregon from LA to meet some racers I met on the internet.

They could not believe it. It took me 17.5 hours to get there. I watched the race and drove back home, but I got tired on the way back and pulled over to sleep. It took me about 24 hours to get home. So that was a long day..LOL!

I don't have that many experiences left in my life yet, but your rink looks big and neat and I would luv to spawn my interpretation of what roller skating is all about on your skaters..LOL! And it would be neat to skate on a very large floor.

Larry O and Many Skatingdave...LOL!

Default Great Pictures Tuesday

HI Again Tuesday,

Great Pictures on your Album. A ton of fun you were having.

Just so you know, in case you don't. The way you posted them is only available to SkateLogForum members. Now that is not bad, and can be good, yet depends on what you feel should be your audience.

How did you ever get so good doing these photos.

Yours in Skating, MA/NY Skating Dave

Yes, I do know that the photo settings are for Skatelog Forum members only. Sorry, guests! It's been almost 1 year, and I still love watching this video and looking at these photos. It was a most memorable moment for me!
