Default Ice-like skating on any surface

It has no blade, is has wheels, it's not a quad, it's not an inline skate.
It is surely an artistic figure skate.
It is the Richard "Rufus" Nyström's "islösa skridskor", meaning ice-less ice skate, from Sweden.
Thanks to a combination of fixed and pivoting wheels spins are as easy as on ice.
Richard has been working on prototypes of his skate since 1994.
The candid video shows ice skaters who were invited to wear and test these skates.

Thumbs up

This is cool. Looking forward to trying them out when they are commercialized.

Very interesting.

Default I like it too.

Any progress on these? These are really inovative. I am a figure skater on inline skates in FL. This is right up my alley.
