Default Minnesota - Aggressive/Powerblading/Urban/Olderblading...

Hi. I just joined skatelog!

I'm a 34 year old skater from Minnesota.

I've been aggressive skating since I was 16 and I got into Powerblading this last year.
Except I don't know anyone else here that does it.

I'm looking to start a group in Minneapolis/ St.Paul to get together and skate.
So, if that sounds like fun to you, get a hold of me and we can get something started.

Man you ever powerblade in a bowl? I love mine on the flats and ramps, but absolutely hate them for bowl work. They tend to dive on the transitions....

Welcome to the forum!

I haven't had the opportunity yet...
Just lots of street and some parks, but none of the ones I frequent have a bowl.

What's your setup?

I'm a Razor fan.

My G8's with the PB frames and wheels

My daughter's RB with the kizer PB's.

The bowl blasters and the trail blazers:

The other trail blazers. 90mm on an pre-powerblade RB UFS frame. (aluminum)

Better shot:

And on the right are my box skates. (got a 8' box with a 2" pvc rail at the house)

Got a couple of 26" bikes we drop in with, and a couple of really cool skateboards as well. They pretty much collect dust tho....

sweet!
So many skates!

I see you are a fellow skate nerd too. haha

Have you tried the Kizer Level 2 frames?

Those 90mm aluminum frames, are these the same thing?

How did you get 90s in a frame that "maxes out" at 84?

I'm a USD guy myself...

I'm in process of tweaking my setups, I'll post when I get them setup.

Nope, when I got these, powerblade frames weren't even out. I had to buy the whole damn skate. I still have the complete shells sitting around (didn't like the fit)...

LOL, skate nerd is an understatement!
This is a typical view of my Honda's rear hatch area:

Even have a few odds and ends setup at home:

Ate-up would even be an understatement!

Right out of my driveway. With the Durango parked up against it, with it touching the garage. With a tree in the way. Never did figure out how they got it.
