Are these guys a real company? No phone number anywhere to be found. And no response to repeated emails requesting a RMA in order to exchange an item.
If anyone has a way to contact someone at this dark web company please let me know. *No, I don't need any snarky replys. This is a lousy way to run a business in this day and age. |

sorry to hear you are having issues with Bont. I (and 4 other skaters I am close to) have always had good results when dealing with them. Lots of pairs, both Ice and Inline. One thing to note... we set up with a "shop" to kind of be cognizant of the skates and coordinate thru the shop. We've had breaking carbon boots replaced, no questions asked. We've had work done on boots as part of 'initial support' of purchase.
I do not know if something substantial has changed at Bont with regard to supporting their products or if their communications channel is buggered... but we've always felt we've been treated well. (By the way... set my 'snark' filter to high today. I know I've had issues.) ![]()

Build quality from Bont is excellent, as good or better than the other big skate manufacturers.
When ordering something like speed skates, ordering from a shop rather than from the company (Bont) is the way to go. Shop owners have better lines to communicate to the warehouses, Account managers to help me with returns, etc. And usually have quicker responses and better customer service to the big manufacturers, not to say Bont doesn't have good customer service, because they do.
