Yeah, well my chart is tougher than your chart, any day!

Where did you get that chart?

Hell, i like being pushed a little bit.

i think the difference is the BMI charts i've always seen have three categories while yours has what amounts to two.

My charts have a Normal, OVerweight, and Obese categories. I think yours may combine Normal and Overweight. I say this becuase your table (in the link you posted) says 'Are you morbidly obese?' Well it doesn;t seem to differentiate between normal and overweight.

...was the reason I had no entry for the Training Log yesterday. We had some friends over to help mourn the passing of my 35th year, and three of us took down the whole damn bottle. By the end of the night I probably didn't look much better than Speedy's legs!

5' 10", 174 this morning

I gained about 5 lbs while in India. Forced inactivity packed a pound or so on, but I just restricted my intake.

Now that I'm back exercising a bit, I hope to lose more.

When I was at my peak fitness (USMC), I was 157 or so. So I've got some fat to lose.

5' 11" current weight ~218 lbs

I've pretty much always been a little overweight, of course having homemade milkshakes for desert on an almost nightly basis back in my teen years probably didn't help any...

Height, 6ft ever since I was 14. And I weighed barely 110lbs at that time (you must be wondering how skinny I was). It wasn't until college years when I was able to get to 130's (must be the American food). Actually peaked at 143 briefly during a vacation back home in 2001, but lost it prety quick. Dropped to 120's when I was jobless and depressed....... but did manage to bring up to 140's once I started skating. Almost almost got 150 (my target 2 years ago), until I lost almost 4 or 5 lbs within a few hours due to some stomach virus. I could never get back to 148lbs, so now kind of hovering around 140 to 145lbs.

5'1" 80-85 lbs. I'm only 10-15lbs underweight, so I'm not too skinny.
