Flynn pleads guilty and the closing song gets closer.

“Michael Flynn promised ‘full cooperation to the Mueller team’ and is prepared to testify that as a candidate, Donald Trump ‘directed him to make contact with the Russians.’ ”

Meanwhile a genuine turd of a tax bill waits on the Senate floor. If passed this will screw pretty much everyone and possibly head the US for another depression as these sort of giveaways to the rich have done every time before.

So post up your silly FB crap, we now know a lot of it has Putin's fingers all over it. As you misdirected "patriots" attack everyone else you are delivering a victory to Putin, the destruction of almost 70 years of US global influence.

All by a con man stoking your primal fears while offering nothing.

Joy Behar celebrates. Trump told Flynn to contact Russia during the campaign. But, it was fake news. Some news guy even got suspended for it. Trump told Flynn to take action after the election. No Joy. (pun intended)

It's not fake, just premature.

The timeline being developed will likely be quite damning. Only fools think it won't since there were two paid Russian operatives at the highest levels in the campaign. One has taken a deal and the other probability wishes he had.

for me the whole Trump thing, starting from the moment he came down the escalator to throw his hat into the ring until this very minute, seems like an extended version of the John Cleese/Michael Palin "Dead Parrot Sketch". What would be really great is if Trump's fat lady sings the Lumberjack song!!!

This is a campaign, a war.
Trump had 1500 Lawyers on retainer in private life, now he has the department of Justice also, true they are true, and they that are true are through, as in gone, so he has the might of the dept of justice and his personal army of lawyers, all of whom will steal, lie, and call it a day.
This is a ferocious war, every lie, every denial, honed and placed expertly, legally, the soviet way.

The midterm elections, if we make it there, will be revealing, rehashing old facts.

After obama won, there were 20 new registered persons running for posts that were part of the federal election system, a record, the high until then was 12, the year obama got elected the first time, so now 20 new registrations for federal elections, a record...three or four months ago when I first posted these facts there were 95 new applicants for office, and none were Republican, looking at the results in Virginia, I’m guessing that senate and congressional seats are going to flop, this nonsense, this earth shattering nonsense will end, if we get there, a clown has the nuclear code.

The “president cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under [the Constitution’s Article II] and has every right to express his view of any case.” - Trump’s personal lawyer, John Dowd

“For something to be a crime, there has to be a statute that you claim is being violated,” “There is not a statute that refers to criminal collusion. There is no crime of collusion.” - Trump’s personal lawyer, Jay Sekulow

And there you have it...

Trumps lawyers admitting he obstructed justice and colluded with Russia. WOW!

And they are wrong on both counts as it applies to the facts. While the President has wide latitude using the office for corrupt purposes is illegal. Interfering with an investigation into yourself is corrupt as it places you above the law.

The second notion is even more wrong. There are laws baring foreign participation in US elections. So if you collude to break the law...

Beyond these bizarre notions is the fact that grounds for impeachment is fairly wide open. I can't imagine a logical argument that would support leaving a person in office that colluded with a foreign enemy to gain office and continues to favor that enemy for no visible reason. There are a bunch of other reasons to remove this short fingered vulgarian but what sort of patriot would stand for this sort of thing?

It's certainly not because you love your country and want to protect it from harm.

OTOH if you are a misogynistic racist Trump certainly has a distinct appeal.

Default The Fat Lady Has Sung

And the song is, we caught the Russians, and Trump had nothing to do with them. And in fact, the Russians were working against Trump and for Hilary.

Collusion Crumbles.

Rick Gates Will Plead Guilty “Within Days” and Testify Against Manafort

According to a report in the Los Angeles Times published Sunday, former Trump campaign official Rick Gates will plea guilty “within days” and testify against his former boss Paul Manafort in Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s ongoing investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election. Gates, who had a longstanding partnership with Manafort, served as a deputy campaign manager during Manafort’s tenure as the manager of the Trump campaign. Gates stayed on as an aide after Manafort resigned over his ties to pro-Russia politicians in Ukraine. In October, Gates and Manafort were both indicted on twelve counts that centered on their work with Ukraine, including conspiracy against the United States and conspiracy to launder money. At the time, both pled not guilty.

The piece in the Times confirms and clarifies a CNN report on Thursday that said Gates was close to flipping and reaching a plea bargain following a “Queen for a Day” interview, which the outlet described as an interview “in which a defendant answers any questions from the prosecutors’ team, including about his own case and other potential criminal activity he witnessed.” Why the change in plea? A lawyer involved in the investigation told the Times a prolonged criminal investigation would cause Gates and his family financial stress, and Mueller’s team had been preparing to bring additional tax-related charges against the political consultant.

In exchange for flipping and testifying against Manafort, the Times reports that Gates is expected to receive a reduced sentence of around 18 months. His testimony would add to the case against Manafort but would not be likely to “turn the screws on Trump,” in the words of a source familiar with the plea. The bargain would be the investigation’s fourth guilty plea; former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos and former national security adviser Michael Flynn previously pled guilty, while Friday’s indictment of 13 Russian nationals included the guilty plea of California resident Richard Pinedo, who sold bank accounts to the Russian operatives.

With Gates set to flip and testify against his former boss, the pressure on Manafort to cooperate is building. Stay tuned.

Hang in there ursle. Ya never know.

Well, actually we do know. Mueller FOUND the Guilty Russians. No connection to Trump. Not to mention the Russians were working AGAINST Trump not for him.

Manafort's legal issues are far removed from Trump. Years removed.

But hang in there buddy. Delusions spring eternal.

I realize why you don't understand what's going on, but your lack of the ability to discern reality isn't funny, it's sad, lacking the ability to comprehend every day news must be a heavy burden, do realize "News" is generally made up of "Facts", not "Alternate Facts", when you don't accept "facts" as truthful but do accept "Alternate Facts", well, it's time to step back and look at the big picture, but, your lack of the ability to look at the big picture is also not funny but sad.

Gates is flipping, Manafort might, doesn't really matter, Gates was in the run up to the election then, in the White House and knows everything, and he's answering all questions asked, and he can't lie or his "immunity" is cancelled.

Mueller isn't in a hurry, he's going to present a case that will be air tight, as he flips the Liars and traitors, they will give evidence against others, exactly what Gates is doing right now, who's next you ask ( as if ), Jared and his Wife and her brother, the person that set up a meeting with Russian Spys at Trump Tower are certainly being discussed.
Every little and big detail will come out, let's remember, Flynn already flipped, to say these people have "No Connection to Trump" is actually Delusional, it is apparent to the Whole World that Donald Trump is a micro-manager, he has control over everything around him, nothing happens without his personal spin, which is the main reason this Administration is doing so poorly, it's in tatters, it's got a 38% turnover rate, everything it accomplishes is harmful for the Country and the World.
Trump couldn't do more to accomplish the Russian agenda against America, well, as we watch daily, he does top his last traitorous act, he's trying to Destroy the First Amendment, he's Trying to destroy the Judicial Branch of Government, he's trying to Destroy the Environment, he has Destroyed our Diplomatic Relations with every Friendly Country in the World, while Cultivating relationships with America's Enemy's.
Again, he micromanages every detail, and he's a nut job.
For example, the Snap program (use to be called food stamps), he want's to hold back 1/2 the monthy amount of money and send boxes of canned goods to families that receive Snap relief, so much for fruit and vegetables, so much for health food, but again, if Donald doesn't eat fruits and vegetables, why should anyone else?
Did you get an extra five dollars in your pay check last week? Did it offset the 100% rate raise of your insurance premium? And remember, the extra money in your Pay Check stops in a few years.
Or are you on welfare? Your SNAP relief money is going to be cut in half and your food is going to come in a box, inside of cans, mmmm, delicious.

So Muller served a bunch of Russians wih Court Appearance papers, his point is made, none of the people served were Americans, well, yes, some Cailifornia fellow, for specific financial reasons, the Russians served another purpose, they broke election laws, and next Mueller will start serving papers to members of Trumps Transition Team and White House Staff that had connections to the Russians that were served, well, "I assume", Muller is very thorough, BTW, Mueller is a Republican

Has anyone noticed that Trump was crazier than usual this weekend?
His distraction techniques are obvious, blame anybody, well, anybody that's easily lied about and that covers just about anyone, usually it's Hillary or Obamma, or Africa or, well anyone to divert attention away from the Russia Investigation, I rather hope sane people keep him away from the Nuclear Button. But just instigating war is enough, soon he will be back at N Korea, he's got Israel striking out at any target it can, which btw, is another case of making people look the other way, Netanyahu is just like Trump, he's being investigated for Corruption and he's trying to make everyone look the other way, the whole world get's to watch two Operas in real time.
Trump
Netanyahu
Corrupt losers, either would start a war to save themselves, unfortunatly, Makers of amunition will support their effort, this (at the moment) Republic house and Senate will back Trump up if he wants a war, a great distraction from the events encircling the White House and the lack of ability in the House and Senate to do Anything Constructive. Anyone that thinks giving the 1%'s a 1.5 Trillion Tax Relief was a good move does't understand reality, funny how 1/2 the American population thik's it was good, well, at the moment, as a few years go by and a Trillion dollars each year is added to the Defict, na, Republican will blame that on sombody else, wonder who?

DOJ to investigate FBI mishandling of Trump Dossier.

OR

Who was responsible for the Federal Government lying to the FISA court to illegally spy on a Presidential Candidate? Obama perhaps? Happened on his watch. We already know Hilary sponsored the fake Dossier.

So, again, nonsense, as you seem to just keep spewing the same nonsense, a simple paste of the subject is adequate
Sessions is going to do Hannity's bidding, right, anything to draw attention away from the turbulence in the white house, last weeks shooting in Fla actually kept the WH out of the news for a couple days, but, well, Hannity isn't a legitimate news source, just a fictitious character in this Opera.
Again with the Steele dossier, none of which has been proven to be false, and btw the FISA warrant was started because an actual Russian Spy, a US citizen~~~Russian Spy was under scrunity by the FBI, had been for years, and he joined the Trump campaign, and actual Russian Spy with American citizenship joined the Trump campaign, well, it turns out there were others, Manafort, Flynn, but who's counting
So the FBI requested and got a FISA warrant to scrutinize a US, Russian Spy, good.
The FISA wasn't to Spy on Trump, btw, it was to watch Carter Page, a know Russian Asset, the fact that he wasn't the only Russian Asset in the Trump Campaign is not a coincidence, and as time goes by all the communication between the Trump campaign and Russia will come to light, then we can discuss Money Laundering, RICO activity, t's never ending when you're a Crook.
And now you want to accuse Obama of being involved, involved in trying to stop Russia from hacking the Election, involved in proctecting the Democracy of this nation, as usual you are 180 degrees out of reality, nothing new?
So let's sum it up.

The FISA warrant was legally obtained as the Nunes memo points out.

The Nunes memo also points out that the Steele dossier was started by the Republcan party, it wanted information concerning the Trump company and it's illicit activity spanning years concerning Russia and Russian money laundering.

The Nunes memo also points out that the FBI investigation of the Russian's was started because Pupadopoulos drunkenly told an Australian diplomat in Great Britan at a bar about the Russian's activly Spying on the Democrats, and having hacked the Democratic computers, and the FBI's investigation of Pupadopoulos was separate and unattached from-to the Steele dossier.

So the Republican party hired Fusion GPS to find what Trump was doing for the last 15+ years in terms of money laundering with the Russians, after Trump won the Republican primary, the Republicans funding Fusion GPS withdrew the payments, at that time, a representitive of the Democratic party continued the payments, and of course, the dirt continues to spill, err, flow, about Trumps RICO activities.

You of course, need to back up any assertion that Hillary Clinton had any contact with the Kremlin Russian Spy's that infiltrated the election process, and since you can't, well, Trolling is a Russian trawler activity, comrade

If you try to bring up the laughably facetious Uranium One ploy, Troll on, let's recap, the Republican party directed the Russian Spy's exactly as to where and when to apply misinformation, after hacking both the Republican and Democratic party information in the run up to the election, but as the Republicans were helping, they were able to plug any gaps, stop any leaks, while the Democrats on the other hand were attacked, weakened and finally, defeated.

With of course, also, the help of the mostly Republican FBI, you know, the FBI which is now under attack by this present administration for doing it's job and trying to stop the overthrow of our Democratic doctrine by Russia and it's American spy's, funny, Trump is attacking Republican FBI leadership that he appointed, do you follow that, The president of the United States is attacking the Judicary branch of the United States Government, and all the people he's attacking, he appointed, in other words, the Russian Spy in the role of President of the United States is destroying the Judicial branch of the government.

Luckily, evidence is collected, all conversations, all phone calls, and traitors like Nunes will face the proper legal authority's for their treasonous crimes.
