Default basketball dribble goggles

Does anyone use basketball dribble goggles or other means as a training aid to help a skater to keep their head up?

My coach occasionally uses a neck brace for dance skaters who won't stop looking at the floor.
They quickly learn to keep their head up after that.
I've also seen dance/figure skaters use a piece of string that they have to put tension on to keep their hands and upper body in the right place, not sure if it would help keep the head up though.
