*** The SkateLog Forum Has Been Replaced by SkateDebate Dot Com ***

This announcement is to let everyone know that after hosting the SkateLog Forum and its predecessors for nearly 20 years, I have decided it is time to permanently turn the forum over to a new owner and administrator. I cannot think of anyone more suitable to take on that role than my SkateLog forum co-host, Florida skater Jessica Wright. I am pleased to announce that Jessica has agreed to establish and host a brand new skating forum, configured like the SkateLog Forum, but with a new name and a new Web Site. This new forum is 100% owned and operated by Jessica.

NEW FORUM NAME: SkateDebate Forum
NEW WEB SITE: SkateDebate.com

Default looking for sk8ers to roll with

Yo im in CT (newtown), im sick of skating with my woodpushing friends, it sucks cuz they dont skate half the stuff i do because either the stairs are to big or the rails to high, they need to stop hating on blading, they are the ones who can bail into a standing position on any given trick, they must just be jelouse that i am the one shredding the parks, anyway the point is i am bailing on my skateboard friends and i am in seriouse need of finding some kids to roll blades with, east coast style, contact me on the web, im down to roll anything, from park to street, im building a 10ft vert ramp at my house, its 20ft wide, its got 2 top layers and only 50% is covered on the top layer, but it's definatley some woodward sh*t, HUGE! meet up with me and ill skate all the streets and parks with you! -Steve, rolling4life, but lonley

Wow! 20' wide w/two levels? Sweet. While you're spending all of that money, get a couple pairs of mid-range skates and have your friends come over for a skate-fest. See if they can hack it. If any of them show any promise, bring them over to the dark side!

I've gotta try a real half-pipe! My old park had a 6-foot miniramp, and my new park doesn't have one.
