Default Bones with Primo Deanos on eBay just crossed the $200 mark

There's a set of Powell Bones with Primo Deano hubs on eBay Australia at the moment and they just crossed the AU$200 bid mark.

The pictures show a long, red thing with what looks like a swivel or screw joint at the end. Anyone know what that is? Something to string the wheels up on?

That specific set, or another set in general?

For sure, but when emotions are at play, sanity goes begging.

Well, they sold for AU$410, so once you take into account the eBay commission, the seller isn't exactly going to retire to the Bahamas.

I don't think I'll ever understand someone paying all that money for wheels that are that old, when there are much better wheels made today for less.

I guess I'll never be a SEDS sufferer.
