Default If you struggle with trigger points and muscle knots...

I've been dealing with trigger points and muscle knots for several years now. For some time I simply pushed through the discomfort (which was probably not the wisest long term plan). Unfortunately, I had to take this skating/racing season off to try to find a better method/tool to treat these muscle boogers. I believe the following to be the best tool I've used to dig into the muscle and effectively achieve myofascial release:

A bit pricey compared to the typical muscle "knobbers" and devices but worth it in my opinion. I'm cautiously optimistic about my off-season and looking ahead to next year.

NOTE...I do not have any connection or affiliation with this product or company. Just offering my two cents.
Current setup Bont Z (2PT), Powerslide 3x110 1x100
It's supposed to be hard. If it were easy everyone would do it. It's the hard that makes it great.
