Default 180/360 on flat surface

Hey all, me again

I was out skating today, and gave a 180 on flat a shot, and nailed it pretty well a few times! I was happy with myself, untill i tried it at a higher speed and fell as i landed backwards...

I was wondering if anyone had any tips for doing these? Im fairly decent at skating backwards, its just when i landed i lost my balance

Thanks in advance
