Question rollerblade downtown 3 - good skates???

are the rollerblade downtown 3 skates any good
are they heavy:
are they easy to grind with:
are they slow:

They probabally arent that heavy. But definatally one of the heavier skates on the market.

TRS slide nice, and the parts are cheap to replace.

They will help you with grinds in the long run. I skated the Alpha 1's, now I moved to the remz 06two's and I can do any topside because TRS are known to be a little stiffer than others. But it will really help with style ect. But i dont know how the newer models are so I'd go for em.

hey...i have trs downtown 2's...so far they have helped a bunch with my style... they slide really well ...they are somewhat heavy but if you really want to be able to do some of the better tricks your are going to need to jump high...and a good year with the trs skates will build up your muscles and have you ready for anything.....id say go for em

Yeah, people make a huge deal about how heavy the skates are. It doesnt matter, you'll get used to them.
