Default Rink Protocols? Scheduling

I have read through the 'mini blog' thread and noted that several mentioned the rink protocols at their rinks, etc. With that in mind, can you all give me some input as to what an ideal or desired schedule would be to cater to the 3 groups, children, young adults and adults.

As a new rink owner, I want to make the largest portion happy with some kind of schedule and protocols.

Regulars Only
Mixed, anybody and any type
Kids only
Novices (as in truly learning to skate)
Old School
Adults only, late hours, etc.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks.

Except for adult night the names are generally just suggestions. All are welcome Usually teen night is almost all teens though.

Smile 3 groups, children, young adults and adults.

3 groups,

children, : Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions. Usually with mom and dads helping the young kids to skate/skate mates and parents walking on floor to help young ones stand up.

young adults : Although they can skate afternoon sessions they tend to fight the crowds and become early evening skaters, like saturday and sunday night first sessions.

and adults. : Adults tend to come to adult night skates, Koffee Kluches in the morning and late session, because that is when adult sessions are usually run.

Our rink does not have adult night, but it's kind of understood that Old school night (Thursday) is mostly adults. We would like a specific adult night, no kids only at least once a week.
Actually I don't mind any age skating as long as they know what they are doing. We even have some 5 - 6 - 10 year olds on old school night that are great skaters!
Maybe it could be called No beginners night? !

But other than that and knowing most kids are going to be there on Friday and Saturday
let the folks adjust on their own as to when to go.

I tell you what though, don't have rules like "No backward skating session."

I've heard of that and that is just ridiculous!
