Default Looking for 2-piece (countersunk) inline frame mounting bolt

At least a decade ago, someone online was selling a 2-piece frame mounting bolt system.

It had a hex-shaped "washer" with gripping on the bottom, The top of the washer is countersunk.

I can find the bolt part at Home Depot, but the washer I can't find. It's definitely a specialty item.

Here are some photos:

Something like this might work, but they don't have the grip at the bottom:

I like the 2-piece, because when you tighten the bolt, is spins in the washer and doesn't change the position of the frame.

Since I run 3x125mm frames, I also don't have to worry about how thick the washer is.

I looked there prior to my original post. His site list only standard flat-head mounting bolts.

Edit: I sent Adam an email and it was him that sold these. He said that he had someone make them for him and will ask if they can make them again. Feeling optimistic.

New member here. Let me know via this thread if you didn't/can't get them. I was bored, wondering how difficult it would be to make one so I gave it a try. I'll post a picture when I figure out how.

I used an imperial bolt from the bolt drawer as stock. A 6mm bolt was all I had to gauge the chamfer and thickness of the washer.

Wow! Photobucket must be running on the same hardware they had when I first setup my account 15 years ago.
