Lightbulb How NOT to treat your refs and NSOs

After a discussion on Reddit I decided to make a video with everyone suggestions with some simple dos and don'ts for leagues when dealing with refs and NSOs.

If you would like to be involved in part two please let me know your thoughts on the subject, but as I mention in the video please no names!
