Question New skates for slalom and city skating

Hello! Former ice skater turned inliner here, looking for a new pair Currently in Seba FR's, owned a pair of Bauer inline's too - but they got beat up pretty fast.
I'm mainly doing slalom, slides, tight area maneuvers. Recently got into city skating too. Rather short distances, but with many paths of uneven pavement and some stairs. A longer +30km ride every 2 weeks or so, sometimes a trip to the skatepark, but no crazy stuff.

4 models have catched my eye:

- SEBA Igor
- SEBA High Light
- Powerslide Ultron
- Powerslide HC Evo

I loved the very short frame, tight fit, light weight and responsivness of my Bauer skates (219 mm). They were a nightmare for city skating tho, with no shock absorbtion whatsoever. My current Seba's are the exact opposite - really heavy, handle uneven terrain pretty well - almost like little tanks But i lost a lot of my maneuverability in them (most important factor for me), the fit is very wide and loose and i don't like the feeling of a slipper thrown in a plastic cast.
I'm very unhappy with them and looking for a new pair.

Has anyone used any of the models i listed above and share some thoughts, which one would be the best choice? At this price point, i would really like to choose well.

Please write also about the fit. I have very narrow feet and they are swimming in most skates. From those 4 models i'm actually thinking about the EVO's or High Lights - they are best avaliable in my area. How those 2 stack against eachother for my needs?

I had the opportunity to try some EVO's on - fit is very nice, but everyone in my area says they are a nightmare for anything except slalom.

Thanks for all your advices
