Default 811 or 195

Im new to the forum but not new to skating. Im currently on a 395 boot but Im looking into either an 811 or 195 boot. They seem to have a lot of similarities, but can anyone point out the main differences for me?

The 811 is a cut down 395. I have both the 195 and 811, and would pick the 811 hands down for comfort. I like the closed toe box much better than the open of the 195. I like the pressure of the lacing to go across the top of my foot as opposed to my toes. Not that the 195 is uncomfortable though, but those are the main differences in my opinion.

Oh yeah, the 195 has a full leather lining, and 3 'webs' from the sole, per side, to the eyelets. The 811, like the 395, has a cambrelle lining at the forefoot, and 2 webs per side to the eyelets.

Edit, my mistake. 195 has 2 web, 1 at arch, 1 at ball of foot. 811 has 2, 1 at heel, 1 at ball but more vertical. I'll post pics when I can.

I measured two sets of 811s against two sets of 195s when I visited Fresh Eddie Fresh a couple of months ago. The 811s were both a solid couple of centimetres higher at the back and sides than the 195s -- my foot rolls like whoa in every 195 I've ever tried, but I think the 811 would hold it better, while still giving me the low ankle I like.

(This height difference is something I always thought was true from looking at the boots in photos on here, but kept getting told was not true -- but tape measures don't lie!)
