Default Power Smoothie

2 cups yogurt 3.5% fat
3 medium to large bananas
150 grams frozen raspberries
150 grams frozen blueberries
1 egg
3 medium leafs of kale (I use black kale when available, the darker the better)
1/2 cup Hemp protein powder
1/2 cup Hemp heart seed
1/2 chia seed
1/4 cup probiotic daily cleancer
2 tablespoons of Hemp oil

This will produce between 1500-1600 calories. This has been my breakfast for the past 5 1/2 years. It works for me!
