Thanks for the reply. Your guidance is very valuable. One aside, I skated Saturday night, and my skates were very kind to me. I believe it is mainly due to a good stretching workout prior to the session. If one's solius muscles are tight, it will cause the lower back muscles to also be tight, thus causing the problem I described in my earlier post. I've mentioned before how to me it is curious how artistic skates have high heels. I've yet to determine what the benefits are.
