BJJ "shrimping" really anything in BJJ is pretty core intense. Fantastic stuff.

Tae Kwon Do kicking drills, front kicks, side kicks , back pivot kicks, crescent kicks- inside and outside variants, both at speed with power , and super slow with great form and control, but always focusing on precision of where you want that kick to land.

Planking is good, but a waste of time really IMO. Always try to use a muscle group that is not just muscle strain, but one that builds coordination in your bodys ranges of motion.

Example? Lets say your leg pressing 2 to 2.25 times your own weight for exercise. Your wasting you time when you could be doing pistol squats, building leg stability and the same leg strength as well as balance.
